The Waterloo Police Department arrested Steven J. Henninger age 28 of Waterloo, NY for DWI, Operating a Motor Vehicle with aBAC .08% or Higher and Speed not Reasonable or Prudent following the investigation of single-car personal injury motor vehicle accident. It isalleged that Henninger operatored a motor vehicle in the Village of Waterloo at a speed where he was not able to maintain control of the vehicle and struck a utility pole head on. Henninger suffered minor cuts to his head and complained of neck and knee pain. North Seneca Ambulanceresponded to the scene where Henninger was treated and released. Henninger was arrested for the above listed charges and was released ontickets. He is scheduled to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon on November 7, 2012 at 9 AM to answer the charges. Waterloo Police Department was assisted at the scene by Waterloo Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance.
