Waterloo man chargedd after fleeing larceny

On October 7, 2012 at approx. 9:11PM, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Tommy L. Rogers III, age 25 of 346 State Rte 5&20 Waterloo, NY 13165. Police received a complaint of a larceny that occurred at a local business on State Rte 5&20. While on scene authorities learned that the suspect had fled the scene driving a PT Cruiser. Patrols then observed the vehicle in question and then conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. Police then found Rogers to be the operator of the vehicle. While on the traffic stop, officers learned that Rogers was driving with a suspended NY State Driver’s License along with additional information from the 911 Center stating that Roger had a Bench Warrant out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for failing to pay a fine. Rogers was then charged with AUO 3rd and UPM. Rogers was then arraigned in front of Judge Laird at the Town of Junius Court where he was then ROR’d. Rogers has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 10,2012 at11:00AM.
