On 10.10.2012 @ 12:16 AM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Daniel A. Streitz JR., age 33, of Seneca Falls, NY. Police charged Streitz with two counts of harassment in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child. Police responded to a domestic disturbance and it is alleged that Streitz subjected a female and child to physical contact during the disturbance. Streitz was arraigned before Fayette Town Justice Joseph SapioJustice Sapio issued an order of protection and Streitz was released to appear in Seneca falls Town Court on 10.24.2012 @ 9:00 AM to further answer the charges.
