On October 13, 2012 at 1133 am. Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Joseph N. Seguin age 21 of 112 Central Avenue Keuka Park, NY. Yates County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Seguin on a Seneca County Family Court issued bench warrant and turned him over to Seneca County Deputies. Seguin was arraigned before Town of Fayette Justice Sapio and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond. Seguin will appear in Seneca County Family Court at a later date.
