On Friday, October 12th, around 4:22 pm, Seneca Falls Police arrested Ann Marie Davis, age 30, of Fayette, NY on felony charges for aggravated driving while intoxicated with children less than 15 years of age in the vehicle.Davis was involved in a property damage accident that occurred on East River Road in the Town of Seneca Falls.Charges include aggravated DWI and following too closely.Davis was processed and released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 25th.
