The Waterloo Police Department arrested Desiree C. Simmers age 28 of Ovid, NY 14521 for Aggravated DWI .18% BAC or higher, DWI, No Headlights and Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle following a traffic stop that occurred on Fayette Street (St. Rt. 96S) in the Villageof Waterloo.Simmers was issued tickets and was released to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Mattoon on November 14, 2012 to answer the charges.
