Village of Penn Yan police arrested Bonnie L. Dillon, age 32, of Dundee, NY at 1:35 am on Saturday morning after a traffic stop on Lake Street. Dillon’s vehicle was stopped for speeding.According to the police report, she did have an odor of alcohol coming from her person. After several field sobriety tests she was found to be intoxicated and taken to the Yates County Public Safety Building for a breath test which showed her BAC to be at .16%.Dillon was charged with speed in zone, DWI and DWI with .o8% or greater BAC and released to appear in court at a later date.
