Two arrested in Geneva for crack, heroin & cocaine

Two men were arrested in Geneva this week and charged with possession of, and intent to sell a controlled substance.Arrest 1: On 10.7.2012 @ 0750am Alexis Morales-Davila 24 Years of age from 181 Castle Street, Geneva, New York was questioned by Geneva Police Department after failing to exit a Taxi. An investigation by the uniform patrol revealed that the suspect had 900-1500 dollars of powdered cocaine packaged for sale in possession. He was subsequently arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of A Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, B Felony and held on 25000/50000 bail.Arrest 2: On 10.10.2012 @ 1207pm, Aneudi Rivera, 34 years of age, currently homeless and on pre-trial release for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and resisting arrest from a March 2012 investigation by the Geneva Police Department was again arrested for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. This investigation is the culmination of a several week investigation by the Drug Enforcement Unit of the Geneva Police Department in which Defendant Rivera has been selling crack cocaine, heroin, and powdered cocaine the City of Geneva. Held on 25000/50000 bail.
