On 10/10/2012 at approximately 05:52 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Thomas G. Henry, 40, of 9329 Main St, Taberg, NY, for Aggravated DWI BAC greater than .18, and failure to use designated lane. The charges stem from a one vehicle property damage accident on ST RT 96 in the Town of Covert in which Henry’s vehicle left the roadway and struck a ditch.Deputies found Henry to be behind the wheel and in an intoxicated state and placed him in custody.Henry was arraigned in the Town of Covert Court and ROR’d. Henry is scheduled to reappear on 11/05/2012 to answer the charge.
