Fuel services will be temporarily suspended at the Ontario Travel Plaza on I-90 westbound beginning at 11 a.m., Tuesday, October 9, the New York State Thruway Authority announced. Following required routine fuel line testing, fuel services are expected to be restored in the afternoon of the same day.Restroom and restaurant facilities will continue to operate at Ontario Travel Plaza during fuel service suspension.The Ontario Travel Plaza is located at milepost 376 on I-90 westbound between Exit 46 (Rochester, Corning) and Exit 47 (Rochester, LeRoy).Westbound travelers in need of fuel are advised to use the Seneca Travel Plaza located 26 miles east of the Ontario Travel Plaza at milepost 350, between Exit 44 (Canandaigua, Victor) and Exit 45 Rochester, (Rochester, Victor).Fuel services on westbound I-90 also will be available at the Clarence Travel Plaza located 36 miles west of the Ontario Travel Plaza at milepost 412, between Exit 48A (Pembroke, Medina) and Exit 49 (Depew, Lockport).The Thruway Authority appreciates motorists’ patience during this routine fuel line testing.
