The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that on 10-7-12 at 2:46am, officers arrested Stacey Herne of 281 Drake St Old Forge, PA for Driving While Intoxicated, Operating with .08% BAC or higher, and speeding. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on Ovid St in the Town of Seneca Falls and Herne was found to be intoxicated by alcohol. Herne was issued tickets to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 11-8-12 at 10:00am and released to a third party.The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Juan R. Torres, age 33, of Waterloo on October 6th, 2012 at approximately 2:30am on William Street following the report of a disturbance. Torres was found to be in possession of a small quantity of cocaine. Torres was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and was released on an Appearance Ticket to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on October 18th, 2012 at 10am.
