On October 6, 2012 at approx. 3:20AM, the Seneca Falls Police arrested Erik D. Prudhomme, age 26 of 3137 DeMont Road Seneca Falls, NY 13148. Police responded to a local business for a complaint of a physical altercation involving a knife.When Police arrived on scene, officers learned that alledgedly Prudhomme pulled a knife on two employees when he was confronted about not being allowed to be on their property. Witnesses state that a physical altercation then occurred resulting in Prudhomme alledgedly biting both employees on their arms while they were calling for help.Prudhomme was then charged with two counts of Harassment 2nd and two counts of Menacing 2nd.Prudhomme was then released on Appearance Tickets and has to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney on October 11, 2012 at 10:00AM to answer to his charges.
