On October 6th 2012 Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Daniel M. Dixon,40, and Jacob M. Dixon, 20, both of 2551 Brewer Rd, Waterloo for Criminal Contempt 1st and Assault 3rd.Charges stem from a physical fight between the two while a Class B order of protection was in place on both of them.Both Daniel and Jacob suffered physical injuries and were transported to GGH for treatment.After treatment and release they were both arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court, Jacob Dixon was remanded to the Seneca County Jail on $2000 bail, $4000 bond. Daniel Dixon was also remanded to the Seneca County Jail on $2500 bail, $5,000 bond.They are both to reappear in the Town of Waterloo Court on October 11th 2012 at 4:30 pm.
