Christopher Breuer, age 32, of Penn Yan was stopped on Route 14A early Sunday morning after being observed crossing the center lane of traffic several times.He was given several sobriety tests and found to be in an intoxicated condition.He was charged with felony DWI as he had been convicted of DWI within the past 10 years.The defendant was arraigned in front of Justice Hibbard and will appear in court on October 15, 2012.
