Seneca Sheriffs make heroin, drug sale arrests

Members of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division arrested three subjects following an investigation into the sale of heroin in Seneca County. A search warrant executed in the Town of Waterloo by members of the Sheriff’s Narcotics and Road Patrol Divisions and the New York State Police, Community Narcotics Team uncovered a quantity of heroin, marihuana and other drug related paraphernalia. The following subjects were charged as follows: Pablo L. Soto Burgos, 38, 11 Lakeview Terrace, Rochester, New York was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree; Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. It is alleged that Soto Burgos possessed a quantity of heroin, packaged in a manner with intent to sell and other drug related paraphernalia commonly used in the sale of controlled substances and did possess a quantity of marihuana. Soto Burgos is currently on felony probation for other drug related charges in Monroe County. Soto Burgos was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail and is scheduled to reappear in Waterloo Town Court on 10-10-12. Julio R. Garcia, 30, 14 Gates Avenue, Geneva, New York was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana found in his possession during the execution of the search warrant. Investigators also discovered Garcia was wanted by the Geneva Police Department on a warrant charging Robbery in the Third Degree. Garcia was released to Geneva Police Department and is to appear in Waterloo Town Court on 10-25-12. Luis N. Diaz, 32, 17 Pultney Street, Geneva, New York was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana found in his possession during the execution of the search warrant. Diaz was released on a appearance ticket to appear in Waterloo Town Court on 10-25-12. 10-01-12 – Members of the Sheriff’s Narcotics Division arrested Patricia A. Bruno, 52, 2022 Balsey Road, Apartment 125, Seneca Falls, New York following an investigation into the sale of prescription medications. Bruno was charged with two counts of Cr i minal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree, class D Felonies. It is alleged that Bruno sold a quantity of Lorazepam, a Schedule IV controlled substance on two different occasions in the Town of Seneca Falls. Bruno was arraigned in Junius Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $250 cash or $500 bond bail. Bruno was scheduled to reappear in Junius Town Court on 10-4-12.
