On 10/01/12 at approximately 3:47 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Mikeal B. Wood, age 31, of 17 James Street, Auburn, NY following a traffic stop in the Town of Seneca Falls. Police report that they received a complaint of an unlicensed driver operating a motor vehicle.A description of the vehicle along with the license plate number were given to police as the vehicle was believed to be heading towards Auburn from the Town of Seneca Falls. Officers located the vehicle with assistance from the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and stopped the vehicle. Upon stopping the vehicle, Wood was found operating the vehicle and a DMV license check showed him to be suspended and have an ID only. License check showed multiple suspensions on 6 different dates.He was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree and Unlicensed Operator.He was arraigned in Junius Town Court and was committed to SCCF on $1000 Cash/$2000 Bond. He is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 10/10/12 at 9 a.m. to answer the charges.
