Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Marissa L. Malave age 26 of Peterman Road Apts. at about 5:45 PM. Wednesday evening. Malave was arrested on an arrest warrant for harassment in the second degree.The charge was for an incident in August where Malave threatened a female Town of Seneca Falls resident. Malave was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court, released on ROR and is to appear on October 24th to answer the charge
