09-27-12 Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Jeffrey H. Trout, 43, 3048 St Rt 414, Seneca Falls, NY, for Harassment in the 2nd degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Criminal Mischief in the 2nd degree.It is alleged, Trout struck a Town of Fayette resident and caused damage to a vehicle in excess of $1,500.00, in the presence of children.Trout was arraigned in Town of Fayette Court and released on his own recognizence to reappear on 11-07-2012. A class A order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim and a class B order of protection was issued on behalf of the children involved.
