The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, Deputies responded to the Horseheads Police Department and placed Rebecca L. Rice, age 29, of 4750 ST HY 89, Romulus, NY in to custody. Rice was being held at the Horseheads Police Department on an outstanding warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Violation of Probation. Rice was originally charged with Petit Larceny and failed to adhere to the stipulations of Probation. Rice was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of no bail. She is scheduled to reappear on October 24th, 2012 at 10:00AM for a Probation Hearing.
