On Monday night ay 6:10 pm Penn Yan Village police arrested Alisha M. Hurlburt, age 47, of Penn Yan on a criminal summons from Penn Yan Village Court for harassment 2nd. Hurlburt is accused of threatening another female with physical harm that occured on 9/11/12.Also on Monday night at 10:38 pm, Village Police arrested Kenneth Lafler, age 43 of Penn Yan on a criminal summons for harassment 2nd. Lafler is accused of threatening another male with physcial harm back on 9/10/12.
