On September 22nd, 2012 at around 1:56 am Seneca Falls Police arrested Rashad D. Davis, age 28, of 2360 SR 89 Seneca Falls NY 13148 for Felony Driving While Intoxicated. Davis was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 9/27/12 at 10 am to answer the charges.
