The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that on 9-19-12 at 7:03pm, officers arrested Robert E. Powers of 30 Franklin St Auburn, NY on an arrest warrant for Issuing a bad check.It is alleged that Powers wrote a bad check to a local Town of Seneca Falls business. Powers was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and released. Powers is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 10-10-12 at 10:00am.
