On Thursday September 20th, 2012 at approximately 11:11 am, Seneca Falls Police arrested Richard J. Thomas, age 25 of 70 1/2 West Bayard Street, Seneca Falls NY 13148 and Donald E. Abrams Jr., age 36 of 7121 Clapper Road, Herron NY 14590 for Grand Larceny in the fourth degree.It is alleged that Thomas and Abrams stole some metal construction equipment from a construction site in the Town of Seneca Falls. Abrams was also charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the second degree, Unlicensed Driver and Uninspected Motor Vehicle.Thomas and Abrams were arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and were committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,000 cash or $4,000 ins bond. Felony hearing scheduled for September 25, 2012 at 11 am.
