Patricia A. Spears was arrested on Thursday and charged with three felonies for allegedly stealing from her Yates County employer.The of Town of Benton business that she was a bookkeeper at is Dewick Equipment Sales & Service located at 2241 Havens Corners Road in Penn Yan (farm, garden, lawn care and recreation equipment business). Her employment has been terminated.She had been employed there since 2009 and allegedly started falsifying business records according to Sheriff’s CID investigation in March 2010.
