New York State Police have reported that 14 year-old Neil Hoover of Clyde was struck from behind by a Chevy Tahoe while riding his bike in the Town of Galen. The Tahoe was driven by 60 year-old Cynthia Napoleon of Clyde while heading northbound on the east side of Clyde-Marengo Road in Galen.The accident happened at about 8:15 this morning and Hoover died at the scene. While no charges have been filed at the present, the cause of the accident is under investigation. State Police ask that those with any information call them at (315)-946-3044
