The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on September 15, 2012 at 7:00PM Sheriff Deputies arrested Fox Hamilton, age 16, of 4887 State Route 96A Romulus, NY for Falsely Reporting an Incident in the 2nd Degree. The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on September 8, 2012 where it is alleged that Hamilton initiated a false report of a fire while at a business in the town of Varick, knowing no fire existed. Hamilton was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Varick court on October 10, 2012 at 7:00PM.
