On Sept. 12th, 2012 at approximately 10:45 am Seneca Falls Police arrested James A. Urwin, age 49 of 4 Daniel Street Seneca Falls, NY 13148 for Felony Criminal Mischief in the second degree. The arrest stems from an incident that occurred back on May 29th, 2012 where Urwin had barricaded himself inside the residence and dumped gasoline on himself and the room causing damage to the furniture and other household items. Urwin was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and was re- committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. This matter had been forward to the Seneca County Grand Jury.
