On Thursday, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division reported the seizure of 168 marijuana plants from six locations in four Seneca County towns.The Narcotics Division worked together in a joint investigation with the New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and Aviation Unit to identify marijuana growing operations.According to the Drug Enforcement Administration, the marijuana is estimated to have a street value of over $30,000. The Sheriff’s Office Uniformed Road Patrol, Criminal Investigation Division and New York State Environmental Conservation Police also participated in the investigation and seizure. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
