On Sunday September 9, 2012 at 01:21 AM the Waterloo Village Police Department investigated a 2 car Property Damage Accident on W. Main Street that resulted in the arrest of a Waterloo man.Jamie L. Murphy, age 36, of 904 Waterloo-Geneva Road Lot 6, Waterloo NY was charged with Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st degree, DWI, .08% BAC or more, Operating a motor vehicle without a license and Failure to use designated lane.Mr. Murphy was operating a vehicle with a Revoked driver’s license east bound on West Main Street when he veered off the roadway and struck a parked car. Mr. Murphy was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and was sent to the Seneca County Jail on $4,000 cash bail and is due back in Village court on 9-13-12.
