Seneca Falls Police arrested Natasha M. Laurenza, age 23, of Seneca Falls on Saturday September 8th, 2012 following a 1:56am traffic stop in Stevenson Street.Laurenza was charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated (previous DWI conviction), Improper Turn, Failure to Keep Right and having an Uninspected Motor Vehicle.While secured in the patrol vehicle officers began a search of a passenger when Laurenza was able to open the rear patrol car door due to a mechanical failure and fled on foot. She was located within minutes on Pinehurst Drive.Laurenza was then charged with Escape in the 2nd Degree (Felony). Laurenza was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court by the Hon. Dean Mattoon and was committed to the Seneca Co Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 ins bond and is to reappear on September 12th, 2012 at 2:30pm.
