On September 6th, 2012 Seneca Falls Police arrested Lucille M. Povero age 70 of Seneca Falls New York, on an arrest warrant for two counts of disorderly conduct.Povero has been staging a protest for several weeks in front of Byrne Dairy in Seneca Falls. It is unknown why she was protesting but she could be seen daily just off the Byrne Dairy property holding a boycott sign.Povero was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court in front of acting Justice Mattoon. Povero was ROR’d and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on October 25th, 2012 at 2:00pm.
