Romulus resident Berain Winfield was charged by Seneca Falls police in a domestic incidemt that occured on Aug. 30th. Windfield, age 30 of State Road 96 in Romulus was arrested on 9/06/2012 and charged with 3rd degree robbery, 4th degree Grand Larceny, 1st degree Criminal Contempt, 1st degree Unlawful Imprisonment, 1st degree Burglary, 2nd degree Harassment, 2nd degree Menacing, 3rd degree Assault and 4th degree Criminal Mischief.The charges stem froma domestic dispute that occurred on Mynderse Street in Seneca Falls. Winfield was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000 cash and $40,000 ins bond.Mr. Winfield is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on Monday Sept. 10th at 10:00 AM for a Felony Hearing
