On Wednesday, Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division Investigators arrested Charles C. Brown, 35, of 71 East Bayard Street, Seneca Falls, New York, following an investigation into sale of crack cocaine in the Town of Seneca Falls. It is alleged that Brown sold crack cocaine to another person in the Town of Seneca Falls. Brown was taken into custody by the Sheriff’s Uniformed Road Patrol Division and assist ed by the Seneca Falls Police. Brown was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, both Class B Felonies. Brown was arraigned in the Lodi Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility without bail. Brown is to reappear in the Lodi Town Court on September 10, 2012 at 11am.
