Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports Deputies arrested Eric W. Jones, age 42, of 98 N. Applegate Rd. Enfield NY on August 28th for Failure to Pay Fines. Jones owed $1466.00 to the Town of Ovid Court for a previous conviction of Obstruction of Breathing and Harassment in the 2nd degree. Jones was arraigned in the Town of Romulus Court and committed to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of the fines owed. Jones is scheduled to reappear in court on September 4th at 10:00a.m.
