Waterloo Police arrested Christopher T. Kesterson, age 25, of Waterloo on charges of Stalking 3rd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child on 9/4/12. Kesterson is accused of repeatedly following and contacting a 16 y.o. female over a recent period of time, causing the female to be in fear that she was going to be harmed. Kesterson was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to jail on $2500/$5000 bail.Kesterson also violated the terms of his parole and was detained on no bail on the parole violation. He will answer the criminal charges on 10/3/12 in Waterloo Village Court. A stay away order of protection was issued for the victim.
