Seneca Falls man gets DWI after domestic incident

On September 1st 2012 at 03:40 am. Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports Deputies arrested Brian T. Rogers age 29 of Seneca Falls NY for DWI and Harassment in the second degree. The charges stem from a physical domestic incident where Rogers showed up at a Town of Waterloo residence intoxicated and got into an argument with a female there. It is alleged that Rogers pushed her up against a garage door and then down on the ground. Deputies allege that Rogers drove to the scene in an intoxicated state. He was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and remanded to the Seneca County Jail in Lieu of $500 cash or $1000 bond bail. A full stay away order of protection was also issued for Rogers to stay away from the victim. A return court date has been set for October 2, 2012 for Rogers to answer to the charges.
