The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Reports that on September 1, 2012 at 3:20am Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Florencio L. Alicea age 27 of Ovid for Criminal Contempt 1st Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The arrest stems from a domestic incident where it is alleged that Alicea engaged in a physical altercation with a female victim while in the presence of a child. Upon further investigation it was determined that the female victim was the protected party of a Class B Order Of Protection issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court. Alicea was arraigned at the Romulus Town Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2500 cash or $5000 secured bond. Alicea is to reappear on September 7, 2012.
