Village of Penn Yan police arrested three teenagers in connection with the break-in that at the concession stand at the Elm Street Sports Complex on August 12, 2012 around 5:30 am.Arrested were Christopher Hicks, age 18 of Penn Yan, Tyler Wheaton, age 16 of Dundee, and Joey Buran, age 16 of Penn Yan.All three were charged with 3rd degree burglary and petit larceny and arraigned in Penn Yan Village Court were bail was set at $1,000 cash or $2,000 property bond.
