The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on August 28th at 1:08 AM Deputies arrested Joseph M. Jarlenski 18, of 1925 Pre-Emption St. Geneva NY on two counts of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child and one count of Unlawful Possession of Alcohol under 21. The charges stem from an incident where Deputies were investigating a possible underage drinking party. While conducting the investigation it is alleged that Jarlenski provided alcohol to two minors and was also found to be in possession of alcohol himself. Jarlenski was arraigned before the Town of Waterloo court and committed to the SCCF on $500.00 cash bail or $1000.00 secured bond. He is to reappear on 09-13-12 at 5:00 pm for further court action.
