Seneca County Investigators arrested Vincent E. Freeman, age 48 of 141 High Street Apt 14 Geneva NY in connection with a Burglary that occurred in the Town of Waterloo on August 18th 2012. Freeman was charged on August 23 2012 at about 5: PM with Burglary 2nd, a class C felony and Grand Larceny, a class E felony. The arrest stems from Freeman allegedly entering a residence in the Town of Waterloo and stealing a safe containing over $1000.00 worth of items. Freeman was arraigned in Town of Waterloo court where he was Ror’d on these charges and will await further court action at a later time. Freeman was returned to the Ontario County Jail where he is committed on other charges that occurred in Ontario County .
