The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office investigated a one car roll over MVA that occurred on Footes Corners Road at the intersection with the Morgan Road in the Town of Ovid. Sheriff’s Deputies report that at approx 5:54 pm a vehicle driven by Allen D Milles age 22 of 3779 Deerlick Springs Road Ovid was northbound on Footes Corners Road when he lost control at the intersection of the Morgan Road, and the vehicle overturned. Both Milles and his passenger, Jacob A Garrison age 20 of 3955 Co RD 139 Ovid, received minor cuts and abrasions and refused treatment by South Seneca Ambulance at the scene. Milles was charged with Driving at an Unreasonable Speed for the highway conditions, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the second degree and Driving While Intoxicated. Milles was arraigned in the Town of Lodi court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000 cash or $10,000 bail bond and is to appear in the Town of Ovid Court on 9-11-2012 at 10am to answer the charges. The vehicle sustained heavy damage and was towed from the scene. Deputies were assisted at the scene by Interlaken Fire.
