The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on August 27th 2012 at 10:32am, Deputies arrested 16 year old Joshua T. Bajdas, of 4887 State Route 96A, Romulus N.Y. for Falsely reporting an incident in the second degree, a class E Felony. The arrest stems from Bajdas pulling a fire alarm in a Town of Varick residential facility. Bajdas was released on an appe arance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Varick Court on the 12th of September at 7pm to answer the charge.
