The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on August 25th 2012 at 3:40 AM Deputies arrested Kyle P. Collins, age 23, of Interlaken. The arrest stems from a PIMVA were Collins went off the roadway and struck several trees in the area of Sampson State park. Upon investigation it was found that Collins was intoxicated and he was subsequently arrested for DWI. Collins was transported to Geneva General Hospital for a check over and released. Collins is to appear in Romulus Town Court on 9/28/12 at 10am.
