Antoin Thomas was arraigned on 2 counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd and 2 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd after he allegedly sold crack cocaine in the Village of Penn Yan.All four charges are class B felonies.Thomas was remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.Also, Marishka Flores, aka Marishka Pighinni, was arraigned on 2 counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the 4th, a class C felony, and 2 counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 5th, a class D felony. These charges after she allegedly sold suboxone in the Village of Penn Yan.Flores was remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond.
