On 08.22.2012 @ 10:28 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Alfred E. Smith JR., age 43, of 29 State Street apartment 1 Seneca Falls, New York.Police responded to a disturbance call in the Clinton Street area, and as a result Smith was charged with Menacing in the Second Degree. Arraignment was before Waterloo Town Justice Folk. Smith was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $125.00 cash bail / $250.00 secure bond. Smith is due to return in Seneca Falls Town Court on 09.12.2012 @ 9:00 AM to further answer the charge.
