On 08.23.2012 @ 9:25 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested Aaron E. Chilldres, age 32, of 3004 Cosad Road Seneca Falls, New York. Chilldres was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Speed in Zone, Failure to Keep Right, Failure to Stop for a Stop Sign, Following Too Closely, Failure to Signal, and two counts of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. The arrest stemmed from a Seneca Falls Police Officer attempting to stop Chilldres for Vehicle and Traffic violation(s). Arraignment was before acting Seneca Falls Town Justice Dean Mattoon. Chilldres was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,000.00 cash bail or $4,000.00 secure bond. Chilldres is due back in Seneca Falls Town Court @ 10:00 AM on 08.24.2012 to further answer the charges. Town Police were assisted by the Seneca County Sheriffs Office and Waterloo Police Department.
