Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 08-20-12 4:16 pm Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 2877 Route 96 Waterloo, NY for a report of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival Deputies arrested Michael J. Greco age 20 of the same address. Greco was charged with 4th degree Criminal Mischief, Criminal contempt 2nd. It is alleged that Greco took a bottle of perfume and smashed it on the floor causing the perfume to shatter, while a class B- order of protection was in effect from the Town Of Canandaigua. The victim was a 19 yr old female from the city of Rochester. Greco was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,500.00 cash or $3,000.00 bond. Greco is to appear in the Town of Fayette Court on 09-05-12 at 7:00 pm to answer to the charges.
