Two charged in late-July crash in Moravia

Sheriff David Gould reports that the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office has completed the investigation into the personal injury motor vehicle accident on NYS Rt. 38A in the Town of Moravia which occurred on July 25th. As a result of the investigation and after consultation with the Cayuga County District Attorney’s Office, additional charges have been filed against the operator of the vehicle and charges have also been filed against the person who provided alcohol for underage persons to consume.
