The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on August 17th 2012 at 6:45 AM the Seneca County Sheriff Investigators arrested Nathaniel D. Clark, age 22 of 272 Milburn Street Rochester, NY for one count of Grand Larceny 4th, a class E felony and one count of Criminal Mischief 3rd, a class E felony. The charges stem from an incident in which Clark stole a purse from a vehicle at a camp site at Sampson State Park. The purse contained cash, credit cards, a cell phone, a digital camera and personal items. Clark then destroyed both the camera and cell phone. Clark, who was also camping at the State Park, was arrest in the park. Clark was arraigned in the Lodi Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional facility in lieu of $5,000.00 cash or $10,000 bail bond. Clark is due back in Lodi court on August 22 n d at 10:30 am to answer the charge.
