On 08.19.2012 @ 9:32 PM, Seneca Falls Police arrested William J. Saxton III, age 24, of 22 Pleasant Street Seneca Falls, New York 13148. Police charged Saxton with Assault in the Third Degree. The arrest was a result of an incident that occurred at West Bayard Street on 08.17.2012. Arraignment was before acting Seneca Falls Justice Dean Mattoon. Saxton was ROR’d and is due back in court on 08.22.2012 @ 10:00 hours.
